转筒烘干机拖轮的调整方法!

  转筒烘干机是停止物料枯燥的一种常用枯燥设备,因运转牢靠、操作弹性大、顺应性强、处置才能高,在化工 、冶金建材、轻工等部门被普遍运用。转筒烘干机主要由筒体、支承安装、传动安装及端头密封安装等局部组成,维护转筒烘干机轴线的直线性。下面引见下转筒烘干机拖轮的调整办法。

  察看轮带与托轮的相对位置能否还处于在中间位置;砌砖成型机挡轮受力及转动。托轮调整要依据筒体回转方向,调整托轮的中心线,采取朝某一个方向同时倾斜托轮,与筒体中心线构成微小的偏角(普通不大于0.5°,以免托轮磨成异形)产生螺旋向上的推力,使其与筒体上下窜动力根本均衡,让筒体在相对稳定的位置上运转,也就是轮带处于上、下挡轮之间自在往复窜动。

  当筒体向下挪动时,将调理螺栓2拧紧一圈,螺栓1松退一圈(留意一定要拧紧圈数与松退圈数相等),筒体将中止下移;假如反过来向上挪动时,则在托轮上加液体光滑油,此时筒体将中止上移,假如依然上移,则拧紧螺栓1松退螺栓2简体中止上移;假如反过来又下移,则应将托轮上的光滑袖揩掉,必要时,反复前述办法,直到不窜动为止。调理过程中,避免托轮向不同方向倾斜。在调整过程中,为使转筒烘干机筒体上移,在托轮外表浇一些光滑油,借此增加外表摩擦力;反之欲使筒体下滑,可浇一些稀薄的光滑脂,减少外表摩擦力。调整托轮要同时调整4个托轮,并且保证轮带与托轮不小于50%的接触面。

Adjusting the supporting wheel should adjust four supporting wheels at the same time, and ensure that the contact surface between the belt and the supporting wheel is not less than 50%.

  转筒烘干机经过托轮调整,大大降低了挡轮受力,SF型浮选机从而进步了托、挡轮轴承寿命,降低了消费本钱,进步了消费效率。同时,托轮、轮带(滚圈)的异形摩损减轻了,设备的运用寿命得到了进步。
