热风炉炉底漏风的原因是什么?

1.热风炉炉底漏风的原因:

  有些高炉的热风炉可能会存在有一些漏风现象,其漏风的主要原因是热风炉地基钢板密封盖的松动不严密造成。密封盖初期肯定是密封良好的,但后来,由于密封盖上部的浇注料质量问题需进行修补处理。在处理过程中,已经密封在底部的密封盖由于力的不均匀施加而偏移或开裂,导致密封不严。

  修补炉底漏气处需使用补炉料,一般对补炉料有以下几个要求:

  (1)补炉料要有有良好流动性和填充性。

  (2)补炉料在100-200℃温度下能够顺利固化。

  (5)固化后气密性要好。

  (6)加热后有尽可能高的固含量。

  (8)补炉料要有具有良好的可操作性,无负面影响。

  由于补炉料施工工艺与普通浇注料使用方法基本一致,按浇注料使用办法施工即可。
