  一、物理性质

  1、含水量:物料初含水量和终含水量是计划烘干机设备首要考虑的要素。物料初含水量关系着进料是不是平均,是不是在投料前脱水、过滤、紧缩、分别等作业;终含水量低,则热风温度相对要高,烘干设备筒体相对会长些。
  1. Water content: Initial water content and final water content of materials are the most important factors for planned dryer equipment.   3、黏性:黏性物料的水分积聚在物料内部,不如表面含水物料简单烘干,烘干黏性物料时的筒体内温度较高,烘干设备筒体较长。一同,物料在高温下更简单粘附在筒体内壁上,不易排出,加大了烘干难度,所以烘干煤泥则设置了清扫设备。

  1. Abrasiveness: Abrasiveness refers to the wear level of material on dryer during drying process. It greatly affects the life of the lining plate of dryer equipment. Abrasive gases and dust evaporated during drying affect the choice and life of dust collector.
  2、氧化性:一些格外物料不行触摸热风或空气,计划烘干机设备时则考虑到热风炉的加热和传热办法,直接传热式烘干机也应运而生。
