  转筒烘干机也被称为滚筒枯燥设备或圆筒烘干机,是一种处置大量物料的枯燥器。由于运转牢靠、操作弹性大、顺应性强、处置量大,普遍运用于冶金、建材、食品、轻工、化工、煤炭、医药矿产业中。回转转筒枯燥器普通顺应于颗粒状物料,也可用于局部掺入物料的方法枯燥粘状膏状物料或含水量较高的物料。它的优点是消费才能大、适用范围广、流量阴力小、操作上允许动摇范围较大、操作便当等。常用于烘干沙子、矿粉、煤泥、鸡粪、牛粪等。

  1、轴承当负机器的全部负荷,所以良好的光滑对轴承寿命有很大的关系,它直接影响到机器的运用寿命和运转率,因此请求注入的光滑油必需清洁,密封必需良好,本机器的主要注油处(1)转动轴承(2)轧辊轴承(3)一切齿轮(4)活动轴承、滑动平面.

  直接传热转筒烘干机的枯燥介质通常为烟道气。逆流式直接传热转筒枯燥机,它的熄灭室与湿物料进料在同一端,热气流与物料的运动方向是分歧的,湿物料从进料端向排料端挪动,热空气亦从进料端在鼓风机与引风机的作用下经排料端而流出,湿物料在此活动过程中受热空气加热而枯燥。

  逆流式枯燥由于给入的湿物料进入枯燥机就与温度较高的枯燥介质接触,初期枯燥推进力较大,以后随物料温度的升高,枯燥介质的温度降低。故适合对最终含水量(即枯燥水平)请求不高的物理。排出的干物料温度较低,便于运输。但从产生粉尘来看,细物料易被气流带走,粉尘量较大。逆流式枯燥在枯燥过程中,枯燥推进力平均,适合于被枯燥物料请求较严的枯燥。枯燥介质所带粉尘经湿料区而被滤清,气流中含尘量较少。详细选用何种方式的枯燥视被枯燥物料的最终请求而定。

Countercurrent dryness in the process of dryness, the average propulsion of dryness, suitable for dryness which is more strict request by dry materials. The dust carried by the dry medium is filtered through the wet material area, and the dust content in the air stream is less. Detailed selection of the method of dryness depends on the final request of the material to be drying.
