  Rotary dryer, also known as drum drying equipment or drum dryer, is a kind of dryer for handling a large number of materials. Rotary drum dryer is generally adapted to granular materials. It can also be used to dry sticky paste materials or materials with high moisture content by partially incorporating materials. Its advantages are large consumption ability, wide application range, small flow force, large permissible shaking range in operation, convenient operation and so on. It is often used for drying sand, mineral powder, slime, chicken manure, cow manure, etc.

  1. Bearing bearings bear the full load of the machine, so good smoothness has a great relationship with bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine.   Tips for Choosing Rotary Dryer
  The dry medium of direct heat transfer rotary dryer is usually flue gas. Countercurrent direct heat transfer rotary dryer, whose extinguishing chamber and wet material feed at the same end, the movement direction of hot air flow and material is different, wet material moves from the feed end to the discharge end, hot air also flows from the feed end under the action of blower and induced draft fan through the discharge end, wet material is heated in this process of activity. The air is heated and dry.
  Countercurrent direct heat transfer rotary dryer, which feeds wet materials into the dryer from the feeding end, the extinguishing chamber is located at the discharging end, the material and the dry medium (hot air) move in the opposite direction, the material is heated and dull in the process.
  Countercurrent drying because the wet material feeding into the dryer will contact with the higher temperature of the drying medium, the initial drying propulsion force is larger, and later with the increase of the material temperature, the temperature of the drying medium decreases. Therefore, it is suitable for physics with low requirement for final water content (i.e. dry level). The discharged dry material has lower temperature and is easy to transport. However, from the point of view of dust generation, fine materials are easily carried away by airflow, and the amount of dust is large. Countercurrent dryness in the process of dryness, the average propulsion of dryness, suitable for dryness which is more strict request by dry materials. The dust carried by the dry medium is filtered through the wet material area, and the dust content in the air stream is less. Detailed selection of the method of dryness depends on the final request of the material to be drying.
